Laura Defretin also known as Laura Nala, was born in 1994 in Paris. As a fascinating dancer, she evolves by taking classes in Modern, Salsa, Waacking, House and Hip Hop which became its speciality. She created the group « Undercover » with which she became twice France champion and 5th world champion in 2008 and 2009. Then, she integrates the « Criminalz crew ». In 2011, she deepens her choreographic skills creating the show « Sakalapeuch » with Undercover crew. In 2013, she joined Marion Motin company « Swaggers » and her piece « In the middle » performed in France and abroad.
Brandon Masele, also known as « Miel », was born in 1994 in Le Mans. His passion for dancing manifests itself following the appearance of Electro dance at the end of 2006. He joins the crew « Aliance » with which he becomes France Champion in 2011 and world champion in 2012. In 2012, he enters the Marion Muzac and Rachel Garcia’s project « Sucre du printemps » in Chaillot theater in which he hold the leading role. In 2014, he joined the company « Révolution » in « Bliss » choreographed by Anthony Egéa, that toured across France.
They both also took part in the french musical « Résiste », choreographed by Marion Motin. They perform for many French and international brands such as Levis, Nike, Adidas, Playstation, Kickers, …
UNTITLED, their first show, was created in 2016 : Everything began with a four minutes show, stemming from our first working meeting. Just the desire to create a little story which really looked like us, a mix between Hip Hop and Electro cultures. This first creation is a simple, honest, intense and alive moment. A way to defend our ideas, dumb ideas, untitled… It’s the beginning of something new and very exciting. You can feel it rising in you, imploding silently. Twinkling eyes, hesitating bodies, transcendent sounds. A frozen time in the human sincerity. Here, There’s no scenography, just two people in total harmony.
They are currently working on their second choreographic piece.
