BIOGRAPHIE

MIA was born in Italy in 1996.

She began her artistic journey at a very young age with classical dance, and at the age of 14, she fell in love with the energy of hip hop. In order to learn and better understand this culture, she started to follow workshops and traveled around the world, participating in her first battles.

After her studies in humanities in high school, she was admitted to the Juste Debout School in Paris, a hip hop freestyle training founded by Bruce Ykanji in 2016.

In 2019, she began to work as a performer with the Belgian choreographer Cassiel Gaube in the piece "Soirée d'études." In 2021, she joined the show "Wolfshow," created by the hip hop artist KillAson.

In 2022, she participated in the first weeks of the creation of "Elles disent," by the choreographer Nach. In 2023, she also joined the company Act2, choreographed by Catherine Drayfus, and the Ballet de la Danse Physique Contemporaine de Strasbourg, co-choreographed by David Ilari.
